Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Krystal Klean | Jacksonville, Florida Pay: From $20.00 per hour plus monthly performance bonus/commission About Krystal Klean Krystal Klean is a growing leader in commercial and residential exterior cleaning services. We specialize in pressure washing, window cleaning, soft washing, and facility maintenance. We take pride in delivering exceptional service while building long-term relationships with our customers. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an energetic, professional Inside Sales Representative who enjoys connecting with people, generating new business, and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in driving company growth by generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, following up with prospective customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position works closely with our operations and leadership teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience from the first phone call through the completed service. Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, referrals, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline using our CRM.
• Develop relationships with commercial and residential customers.
• Educate customers on Krystal Klean's services and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on proposals and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
• Meet or exceed weekly activity goals and monthly sales objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, business development, customer service, or account management experience preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships with new customers.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Experience in commercial services, construction, facility maintenance, home services, or related industries is a plus. • Starting pay from $20.00 per hour
