Join Our Team: Sales Person Wanted for Leading Asphalt Maintenance Company Are you a motivated sales professional with a knack for direct sales and a passion for transforming spaces? We are offering 10% total gross sales commission. A Plus Sealing LLC, a premier provider of asphalt maintenance solutions for both commercial and residential applications, is looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Person to join our dynamic team. Our field staff cleans and resurfaces and stripes asphalt parking lots and driveways. We do sealcoating, crack sealing and striping. If someone has an asphalt parking lot or driveway we are the best people available to improve their properties value and curb appeal. Commissions are paid through 1099. This opportunity is designed for a self-directed outside sales professional with construction knowledge who prefers the flexibility and earning potential of a contractor-based role.

What You'll Do

• Independently generate and close new commercial accounts
• Target property managers, HOAs, facility managers, general contractors, and commercial property owners
• Conduct site walks, assessments, and in-person sales meetings
• Present A Plus Sealing LLC pavement maintenance solutions professionally
• Manage your own sales pipeline and follow-up process
• Coordinate project handoff with A Plus Sealing LLC operations after contract execution

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or field sales experience
• Working knowledge of construction, asphalt, concrete, coatings, striping, or related trade preferred
• Strong relationship-building and closing skills
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Independent Contractor Structure
• This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not employment
• Contractor controls schedule, sales methods, and prospecting approach
• Contractor may represent other companies or clients
• Contractor provides their own vehicle, phone, computer, and tools
• Contractor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and business expenses

Compensation

• Commission paid on executed contracts
• Contractors invoice A Plus Sealing LLC for commissions earned
• No salary, hourly pay, benefits, or guaranteed work Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
