Santa Clara moves fast. San Jose Business Solutions, a customer-focused sales and development firm, needs an AT&T Customer Associate who keeps pace. The AT&T Customer Associate will connect our customers with AT&T's plans that match how they actually live, whether that is a founder checking email between meetings or a parent streaming cartoons during grocery runs. As an AT&T Customer Associate, you'll help customers who want seamless connectivity at home and on the go. You'll also show them that every plan includes access to America's largest 5G network, with fast, reliable connectivity. The AT&T Customer Associate sales approach will be future- focused, and every account they manage will help our customers enjoy complete connectivity from one provider.

Responsibilities

of the AT &T Customer Associate

• Meet customers in person to showcase AT&T's advanced smartphones and powerful data plans that keep everyone connected with confidence.
• Provide dedicated account support by recommending the right combination of AT&T smartphones and data plans based on usage and preferences.
• Facilitate easy account enrollments and device activations during personal consultations for seamless access to AT&T technology.
• Enhance customer accounts with sales recommendations for new AT&T smartphones and upgraded data plans that deliver better value and faster speeds.
• Convert consultations into successful sales by clearly communicating the everyday advantages of AT&T smartphones and data services.
• Offer ongoing account care through follow-up sales interactions to ensure customers maximize their AT&T smartphone and data plan experience.

Qualifications

of the AT &T Customer Associate

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in account management or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs.
• Goal-driven with the motivation to meet sales objectives.
• Proficiency with basic sales applications and digital communication tools. Pay: $56,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
