• Full-time position : Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation

: Hourly wage + commission + bonuses

• Earning potential : $60,000 - $80,000+ in your first year
• Pre-licensing assistance : We'll help you get licensed (if not already)
• One-on-one mentorship with a qualified and successful Farmers Agent
• Clear career path to Agency Ownership or Senior Producer role
• Multiple locations available across Southern California

Responsibilities

:

• Learn and apply the Farmers Insurance sales and service process
• Work closely with mentor agent to meet sales and service goals
• Provide quotes and consult clients on insurance needs (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.)
• Follow up with leads and prospects
• Maintain compliance with licensing and industry regulations Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry
• Sales, customer service, or business experience is a plus
