Light up the room. SWAN Capital is seeking a Client Engagement & Events Representative who thrives on face-to-face connection. From dinners to workshops, you'll be the energy in the room meeting prospects, sharing our story, and turning great experiences into next steps. What You'll Be Doing

• Represent SWAN Capital at live marketing events, dinners, and workshops.
• Engage attendees in person and explain our unique process.
• Schedule follow-up visits and secure appointments after events.
• Call suspect and opportunity lists to drive event attendance.
• Follow up with warm and cold leads between events.
• Keep the CRM current with attendee details and next steps. What We're Looking For
• A people-person who's energized by live, in-person interaction.
• Charisma, confidence, and genuine warmth.
• Strong communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends for events. What You'll Get
• Competitive pay: $40,000 base plus commission, with on-target earnings of $72,000 per year.
