BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE Job description We are seeking a talented, unique and highly motivated individual who is looking for a great opportunity to work and grow with our manufacturing facility in Georgetown, KY. Founded on 2013 as a general and precision press manufacturing product, YS Precision Stamping offers a wide range of custom shims and metal stampings made to precise needs of our customers. The Business Development Representative for YSPS will be the face of the company, the one that responds to our existing customers' requests and brings in the possibility of new business. The ideal candidate should possess the ability of: Articulate and position YS Precision Stamping products to key decision makers. Maintain and grow relationships with customers in Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois. Aggressively pursue competitive accounts and differentiate YS Precision Stamping from competitors. Propose and close sales that achieve total revenue growth, profit and customer satisfaction plans. Prepare daily/weekly action plans by individuals as well as by team to insure focused activity. Sustain sales activities, appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls, and database updates. Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectations. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

: Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong decision-making skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, Outlook. Bachelor's Degree a plus. Previous business-to-business sales experience or preferred. Valid driver's license. US Passport a plus. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approaches.
