We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated OPTICIAN in our luxury optical retail boutique located in Cupertino. You will be responsible for driving store's revenue by creating an outstanding shopping experience for our guests. Responsibilities

:

• Greeting the customers and identify their individual needs
• Providing optimum customer service
• Explaining products and services to our customers
• Assisting customers with adjustments and repairs
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with the help of store leadership

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
