What You'll Do

• Greet and guide customers through a fun, stress-free car-buying experience
• Build genuine relationships and follow up with customers to earn repeat business
• Present vehicles with confidence, personality, and professionalism
• Use social media and digital tools to connect with prospects and grow your personal brand
• Negotiate and close sales while keeping the experience positive and transparent
• Manage leads and customer activity in our CRM
• Collaborate with the team to hit goals and keep inventory moving What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
