Requirements

Valid NJ Property & Casualty Producer License. Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales or agency management. Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing sales teams. Strong proficiency in CRM systems and insurance management software. Deep understanding of the Newark and broader New Jersey insurance market. Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of sales agents by providing regular feedback and coaching. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market reach in the Newark area. Monitor individual and team performance metrics to ensure we are meeting our growth goals. Collaborate with the underwriting department to ensure high-quality, competitive policy offerings for our clients. Foster a collaborative and encouraging office culture where individual and group successes are celebrated. Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local professional gatherings to raise our profile.
