Duties

• Assist with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document management to ensure smooth office operations
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client appointments with precision and professionalism
• Support marketing efforts by creating compelling property listings, social media content, and promotional materials that attract prospective buyers and sellers
• Manage client communications via phone, email, and in person, providing outstanding customer service and timely follow-up
• Handle negotiation support by preparing offers, counteroffers, and related documentation under agent supervision
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law to ensure ethical standards are upheld in all transactions
• Organize property management activities such as lease agreements, maintenance schedules, and tenant communications when applicable Experience
• Previous administrative experience in real estate or related fields preferred but not required; strong organizational skills are essential
• Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively
• Proven ability to handle negotiations confidently while maintaining professionalism and positive rapport with clients
• Familiarity with marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems to enhance client engagement and lead generation
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
