• Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining client records, processing applications, and following up on policy inquiries.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that attract new customers and promote insurance products effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive information, to ensure ethical practices. Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on customer engagement.
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
