We are hiring a full-time Sales Representative to support customer acquisition and service enrollment efforts for Kinetic. As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers to educate them on Kinetic's internet and connectivity solutions, answer questions, and help them choose the services that best fit their needs. This role offers the opportunity to develop valuable sales, communication, and customer relationship skills in a fast- paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to present Kinetic internet and connectivity solutions
• Educate customers on available products, promotions, and service options
• Assist customers with new account setup, service enrollments, and account updates
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive buying experience
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through consultative customer interactions
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, enrollments, and follow-up activities
• Stay up to date on Kinetic products, promotions, and service offerings
