Cabinet Sales Representative Showroom & Outside Sales

Job Description

We are a growing kitchen cabinet and bathroom vanity company looking for a motivated Inside & Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This position includes both showroom / office-based sales support and outside sales visits to contractors, designers, builders, remodelers, and wholesale customers. The ideal candidate is friendly, responsible, sales- driven, and comfortable helping customers with cabinet selections, quotes, order follow-ups, and relationship building. Experience in kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, building materials, flooring, countertops, construction, remodeling, or wholesale sales is highly preferred. Experience with 2020 Design software is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom customers with cabinet and vanity selections.
• Prepare quotes, follow up with customers, and help close sales.
• Communicate with contractors, designers, builders, and wholesale clients.
• Visit local customers, job sites, contractors, and business accounts as needed.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads, estimates, samples, and pending orders.
• Support sales promotions, product displays, and sample drop-offs.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and management teams to ensure good customer service.
• Keep accurate notes of customer communication, visits, and follow-ups.
• Help grow new accounts and increase repeat business.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred, especially in cabinets, kitchen/bath, building materials, construction, remodeling, flooring, countertops, or wholesale sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working with contractors, homeowners, designers, and business clients.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to follow up consistently.
• Valid driver's license required for outside sales visits.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience with 2020 Design Software is a strong plus.
• English required.
• Spanish or Chinese is a plus. Pay $20$35 per hour, depending on experience Commission / bonus opportunities available based on sales performance Expected Hours Full-time preferred. Part-time may be considered for the right candidate. Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
