Property & Casualty Insurance Agent Commission Only Sunshine Underwriters Sunshine Underwriters is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to join our growing agency. This is a commission-only opportunity for someone who wants to build something real uncapped earning potential, flexible hours, and a direct hand in shaping the business as we scale.

About the Role

You'll be selling Property & Casualty insurance policies to new and prospective clients, with the freedom to manage your own schedule and sales approach. We're looking for someone hungry to prove themselves and grow alongside the agency this is a ground-floor opportunity for the right person.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, generate leads, and close new P&C policies
• Meet a minimum of 20 policies per month
• Build and maintain client relationships for long-term retention
• Represent Sunshine Underwriters professionally in the community What We're Looking For
• Self-starter with strong sales drive and a competitive mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with a commission-only, performance-based pay structure
• Active P&C insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Prior sales experience preferred, but motivated candidates will be considered
