Overview

: We're growing our team and looking for driven real estate agents to join the team side of our brokerage, where you get company-generated leads, real training, and a built-in support system so you can focus on what matters: helping clients and closing deals. Whether you're newly licensed and want real leads and coaching , or an experienced agent who wants more lead flow and a stronger system behind you , this is a place to build a serious, full-time real estate business.

What You'll Do

:

• Work company-provided leads. We hand you opportunities from a database of 150,000+ leads your job is to connect, build relationships, and convert.
• Set and attend appointments. Get face-to-face with buyers and sellers and guide them through the process.
• Prospect consistently. Stay in front of your leads and sphere through calls, follow-up, and appointments.
• Follow proven systems. Use our scripts, CRM, and processes to stay organized and effective.
• Grow your skills. Work with your Small Group Leader and our team to sharpen your craft.
• Be part of a Small Group. You'll be supported by a Small Group Leader who coaches, mentors, and helps hold you accountable to your goals. What You Get:

• Active Florida Real Estate License (newly licensed and experienced agents both welcome)

• Driven by goals and willing to be held to a standard What We Expect: Because we invest real leads, training, and support in you, we hold our team agents to clear monthly standards, at minimum a closed deal or strong, consistent activity (appointments and calls) each month, with a goal of two deals a month.
