Must have some tax consulting experience. Accelerated Tax Solutions is a national tax resolution firm dedicated to providing the best resolution services to our clients by providing real-world, affordable options for their state or federal income-tax liabilities. Responsibilities

. - Take transfers from customers seeking help with state and federal income tax liabilities. We do not cold-call customers so you are dealing with warm leads from callers who are seeking help with their tax issues. - Provide consultation to determine customer's eligibility for tax resolution services - Provide guidance on tax-related issues and answer client inquiries - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information - Stay updated on major changes in tax laws and regulations

Requirements

: - Tax Consultation experience mandatory with online sales and customer service; a desire to help people in financial need - a foundational knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and best practices is helpful, but your willingness to learn is even more important - Proficient in using call center and customer relation software - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy -Growth oriented disposition, willing to learn from success and mistakes - Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
