Sales Representative Commercial & Residential Countertops Join Our Family-Owned Team! We are a well-established, family-owned countertop fabrication and installation company seeking an experienced Sales Representative to help grow our commercial and residential business. If you have a background in solid surface materials and enjoy building relationships while seeing projects through from concept to completion, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Meet with homeowners, builders, contractors, designers, and commercial clients.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and job cost analyses.
• Coordinate projects with production and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow projects from initial consultation through completion.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience in the countertop, cabinetry, kitchen and bath, construction, or building materials industry preferred.

• Knowledge of solid surface, quartz, granite, and other countertop materials is highly desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience with job costing and estimating.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Marketing experience or the ability to help develop business through networking and promotional efforts is a plus.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What We Offer
