What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments.
• Build trust, identify customer needs, and present customized solutions.
• Close sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Partner with our operations team to ensure a seamless customer journey.

What You Bring

• Proven success in in-home home improvement sales.
• Solar sales experience required.
• Valid California HIS Registration (or ability to obtain before employment).
• Roofing and HVAC sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• A competitive mindset and a passion for winning.
