Full description of the position

GridLock Atlanta is building an elite door-to-door sales team in Georgia, and we're only looking for reps who can perform. This isn't a training-wheels gig it's a commission-only role for people who want to control their income and are willing to put in the work to do it. You'll be selling solar through Sunvena's top TPO (lease/PPA) programs, giving homeowners a way to lock in lower power bills with no money down. With Georgia's net metering cap closing and the federal solar tax credit expiring, this is the highest-urgency selling window the industry has seen in years which means more doors saying yes, faster.

What You'll Do

- Knock doors daily in assigned Georgia territories to generate and close your own leads - Run the full sales cycle solo, or specialize as a setter (qualify + book) or closer (present + sign), depending on your strengths - Educate homeowners on lease/TPO solar options and walk them through enrollment - Track your own pipeline and hit activity + close-rate benchmarks - Show up to daily/weekly team trainings at our office to sharpen pitch, objection handling, and closing technique Who We Want - Reps who've sold before solar, pest control, alarms, roofing, cutco, or any high-rejection door-to-door environment and know what it takes to knock through a slow day - People who track their own numbers and treat this like a business, not a job - Coachable closers who still want to get better, not people who think they've already peaked - Comfortable with 100% commission no base, no guarantee, uncapped upside - Reliable transportation and the ability to work evenings/weekends when homeowners are actually home If you need a base salary to feel motivated, this isn't the right fit. If you want a ceiling that's set by your own effort, it is.

Compensation

- Elite Margins: We operate on an incredibly aggressive tier schedule. Our baseline contract starts at a highly competitive margin and drops lower for every 10 installations you put on the board. Massive Unit Economics: A standard 10kW system sold at market average net rates yields an average commission of $13,500 - $16,500+ per deal. Rapid Payout Cycles: We feature a hyper-efficient backend schedule. Systems install an average of 22 days from contract signature, and 100% full commission is paid out exactly one week post-installation. Upfront Capital: Once you clear your initial 10-install onboarding threshold, you unlock upfront milestone payouts ($1,000 M1 checks paid immediately upon signature/site survey) to maximize your weekly cash flow.

Requirements
