Hattar Wireless is the leading Authorized Retailer for AT&T; in Central Kentucky and Indiana. We are a rapidly growing company built on teamwork, integrity, and results. We're looking for a proven retail leader to manage our South Broadway location and continue our tradition of excellence.

Position Summary

The Store Manager will oversee all daily operations of the store, drive sales performance, and develop a high-performing team. This position is ideal for a candidate with previous retail management experience in telecommunications(AT&T;, Verizon, T-Mobile, Cricket, Metro, etc.) who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Must speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and operational standards.
• Manage store profitability and control expenses.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a telecommunications retail store (required).
• Must speak Spanish and English
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.
