Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions
• Assist customers with account management, including data entry and updating client information in our systems
• Resolve customer issues efficiently by troubleshooting problems and coordinating with relevant departments when necessary
• Process transactions such as cash handling or refunds with precision and integrity
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and customer feedback to support analysis and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively
• Proven experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
