This Full Time Position offers a fun and positive work environment, career advancement, a great support team and sky's the limit compensation! We are looking for a warm and positive individual who loves beautiful jewelry and happy clientele. Our store is committed to delivering high quality crafted jewelry, repairs and custom designs and developing personal long-term relationships with our customers through warm consultations, clientelling, and attention to detail. Base pay: $40,000-$50,000 paired with very strong commission means usual compensation for full time salespeople is $50,000 - $100,000 plus/ year. Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year fine jewelry sales experience or college degree in Fashion & Merchandising or Business and must be able to close sales on high ticket items. They must be able to work a 40hr work week including most Saturdays with Sundays and Mondays off. Work week extends up to 48 hours for 3 weeks in December. Although you must be a strong closer, we do not regularly discount or try to push clients into sales. You must be able to build a sale around beauty and craftmanship to close sales. You must be a team player, able to give and receive help as needed and split sales as needed. We promote a happy team environment.
