At SI Connect, we help customers stay connected through trusted wireless and broadband solutions while supporting business growth through customer-focused telecommunications services. As our Verizon campaign continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated Customer Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time, face-to-face role designed for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, account support, and telecommunications services. As a Customer Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to explain service options, support account activations, and contribute to customer acquisition and daily sales goals. What You'll Be Doing

• Meet directly with customers to present Verizon wireless, broadband, and home internet services
• Explain pricing, promotions, service features, account upgrades, and device options in a clear and professional way
• Assist customers with account setup, activations, service changes, upgrades, and ongoing account support
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless and internet services that align with usage and preferences
• Support customer acquisition efforts while contributing to daily and weekly sales performance goals
