Overview

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. In this role, you will engage with the community through in person contact throughout the city. This position is ideal for those with a passion for marketing, sales, and customer service who are looking to make a positive impact in their community. MUST HAVE your own vehicle, please do not apply if you do not have your own transportation and cannot show up for an interview.

Duties

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing and connect with homeowners who may have roof damage
• Set inspection dates/times when all decision-makers will be present
• Collect homeowner information and complete info sheets for follow-up and to maintian accurate records of interactions
• Use our Connect Team app to track hours and locate high-damage areas
• Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts
• Participate in training sessions to enhance canvassing techniques and product knowledge

Requirements

• Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or telemarketing is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges
• Own reliable transportation Schedule & Pay:
• Set your own days, MondaySunday, 26pm (we recommend 5 days/week for best results)
