Overview

We're a growing insurance agency that has been in business for 2 years , and we're looking for a highly experienced Insurance Agent/Producer to help expand our client base and deepen relationships with existing customers. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who excels at consultative selling, cross-selling, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and outbound prospecting
• Conduct needs-based reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Quote, bind, and issue policies accurately and efficiently
• Build long-term client relationships; provide ongoing service and proactive policy reviews
• Manage renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes; support the claims process as needed
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and help improve retention
• Stay current on product changes, underwriting guidelines, and insurance regulations

Qualifications

(Required)

• 6+ years of insurance sales/producer experience
• Active P &C; license (Life/Health a plus if you offer it)
• Demonstrated success hitting sales goals (new business + retention)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
• Comfort working in a performance-driven, growth-focused agency environment Preferred
• Bilingual Spanish (Not required)
• Experience with both personal and commercial lines
• Ability to bring an existing book of business (if applicable) What We Offer
