HVAC Sales Representative 100k to 250k Commission per year Family Heating and Air - Pensacola, FL

Overview

: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Rockstar to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and competitive individual who is passionate about sales and is eager to grow professionally.

Duties

:

• Deliver options to our clients and guide them to satisfy their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Collaborate with sales management to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Utilize negotiation skills to secure deals and ensure that customer needs are met.
• Work closely with the inside sales team to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
• Safely operate the company vehicle, must have clean driving record.

Qualifications

:

• Sales superpower would be great.
• Nexstar experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in outside sale.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
• Experience in territory management and sales management is highly desirable
