We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with fleet sales experience who understands commercial customers, business development, and relationship management. If you have Mercedes-Benz Fleet or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Fleet Sales experience, relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities

• Develop and expand commercial fleet and business accounts
• Prospect new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship building
• Manage fleet customers throughout the sales process
• Present Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter fleet solutions to businesses and government organizations
• Prepare fleet proposals and pricing
• Maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and follow-up after the sale
• Achieve monthly sales and business development goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management

Qualifications

• Fleet sales experience is required
• Automotive fleet sales experience strongly preferred
• Mercedes-Benz Fleet or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Fleet experience is highly preferred
• Proven business development and outside sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
