Why This Role Matters As an Inside Sales Rep, you're not just selling a program you're offering a path to financial independence. You'll be the first voice a lead hears, helping them understand the value of our coaching systems and why now is the time to start their Airbnb journey. What You'll Be Doing

• Take scheduled, pre-booked sales calls with warm leads ready to learn more
• Build rapport quickly and guide potential clients through our proven closing process
• Help leads understand how our Airbnb coaching program works and how it can change their life
• Handle warm outreach when needed to follow up and close deals
• Use scripts, CRM tools, and training systems to optimize each call
• Consistently hit or exceed your sales targets with coaching, not pressure
• Work closely with our admin and marketing teams to improve process and messaging What We're Looking For
• 13 years of inside sales, phone sales, or high-ticket closing experience
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect quickly with diverse people
• A belief in entrepreneurship, personal growth, and financial freedom
• Strong closer someone who can guide prospects to confident decisions
• Coachable, motivated, growth mindset and excited to be part of a fast-growing movement
• Knowledge of Airbnb, short-term rentals, or real estate investing is a plus (not required) What You'll Get
