Inside Sales Representative Base + Commission | Average Earnings: $80,000$130,000 per year Full-Time | In-Office | MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM About TransTech, Inc. About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll work with prospective students who have already expressed interest in our training programs. Your role is to inspire, guide, and enroll them helping them take the first step toward a better future. This is a high-energy, high-volume sales position where you'll engage with warm leads, have meaningful conversations, and make a real impact on people's lives. It's ideal for experienced B2C Consumer sales professionals who are driven by results and motivated by helping others reach their goals.

What You'll Do

• Engage with prospective students through phone calls, texts, and emails (50100 per day).
• Build strong relationships and guide students through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Explain training options and job placement support after graduation.
• Motivate and support students as they commit to starting their new career path.
• Manage leads and track progress in our CRM (HubSpot) to meet and exceed enrollment goals.
• Represent TransTech with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
• All leads are warm no cold calling required. What We're Looking For
• Proven 2 Years Plus B2C sales experience (automotive, motorcycle, trade admissions, USA Marine Corp Recruiters, door to door home improvement or other high ticket consumers sales of $5,000 or greater
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-driven, confident closer with empathy and enthusiasm
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
