Pest Control Sales & Service Specialist Sarasota, FL | Full-Time | W-2 Base: $35,000 | Total Earnings: $35,000-$100,000+ | Health Insurance | 401(k) Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. No nights, no weekends. What This Actually Is This is an outside sales role with a service component. You'll be out in the field every day - working in some of Sarasota's most affluent neighborhoods, talking to homeowners, building a book of recurring customers, and getting paid every time those customers stay on. • $35,000 base salary - you're covered from day one
• 5-8% commission on every new account you bring in
• 2-3% recurring commission on your active customer base - every month, as long as they stay
