Job Summary

The Position We're looking for full-time Managers, Assistant Managers and Sales Associates to assist customers with loans, sales buys, and layaway transactions. Account managers build customer relationships and meet monthly performance goals. The pay range varies on positions and the level of previous experience. • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:
• Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 3 years (Required) Language:
• Spanish (Preferred-not required) Work Location: In person General Accountabilities
• Markets and sells the company's products or services.
• Projects a warm, inviting, and trustworthy image on the phone and in person.
• Answers customer inquiries.
• Performs data entry into the POS system.
• Negotiates pricing and availability with vendors.
• Serves as a liaison between the outside sales and customer service departments.
• Tracks and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and reports.
• Balances and operates cash drawer and other electronic devices.
• Collects payments ensuring all monies, pricing, and quantities are accurate.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Job

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Business Degree desired
• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 or more years retail sales and customer service experience
• Cash handling experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly and Positive Attitude
• Sales Driven
• Highly Motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Lift up to 30- 50lbs
• Able to work 40 - 50 hours per week
