Adriana's is seeking a motivated and results-driven Out-of-State Sales Representative to generate new business and expand our auto insurance customer base in markets outside our primary state of operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and selling auto insurance policies to individuals and businesses in assigned territories. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of insurance products, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads for auto insurance policies in assigned out-of-state territories (Company provides daily leads list)
• Contact potential customers through phone, email, online platforms, and referrals
• Explain policy coverage, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients
• Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate auto insurance products
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and policy documentation
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Stay updated on state-specific insurance regulations and licensing requirements
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Collaborate with internal underwriting and customer service teams

Qualifications

• Previous insurance sales or related sales experience preferred
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C;) license preferred or ability to obtain one
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Bilinugal in English and Spanish preferred Skills
