Qualifications

Preferred:

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Used vehicle sales experience
• Special finance or subprime lending experience Required:
• Proven sales ability and customer service skills
• Strong phone and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Valid driver's license

What You'll Do

• Follow up with internet, phone, and dealership leads
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers daily
• Build relationships and generate referral business
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
• Explain financing options and the Byrider program
• Overcome objections and close sales professionally
• Maintain customer information within CRM software
