• Shift hours: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM daily (This gives you either MondayTuesday OR WednesdayThursday off)
• Strong phone sales experience is required. Background in tax, mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, or any high-ticket phone closing is a big plus. If you can juggle calls, objections, and CRM notes like a pro, we want you. The Ideal Candidate:
• Proven closer with a track record of turning conversations into signed deals.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment and experienced with CRM systems.

Compensation

: $160,000 $200,000+ (including commissions)

• $5,000 Retention Bonus Terms: This bonus is available exclusively to new external hires only. Current and former TRA employees are not eligible. Candidates must receive an offer between May 129, 2026 and begin employment by May 29, 2026. Bonus is payable after successful completion of 90 days of full-time employment.
