This is a face-to-face sales role where you'll be on the ground, working directly with local businesses and customers. You'll be building real relationships and driving new enrollments through direct, personal interaction. As an Entry Level Sales Associate you'll be the face of AT&T; in the community, helping business owners and residents find the perfect internet and wireless solutions. From answering questions to guiding customers through the enrollment process, your focus will be on delivering a premium, person-to- person experience that turns leads into loyal customers. Responsibilities

• Full-Time & In-Person Engagement: Work face-to-face daily with local businesses and customers, providing dedicated, full-time support for account inquiries and personalized service solutions.
• Support the sales process by presenting services and helping customers enroll
• Learn and apply knowledge of internet, wireless, and bundled telecom services
• Maintain clear communication and follow up with customers as needed
• Collaborate with your team to meet sales and service expectations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus.
