We're fixing that by providing gentle, specific, and scientific adjustments through neurologically based spinal care. The proof is in our patients:

• We are building a leadership factory. Meaning - we are looking for reps to come in and prove themselves, develop skills, and move fast in their career.
• We promote only from within. Every rep first proves themselves as a Low Ticket Closer (LTC) on the $60 consultation before moving to high-ticket closer or team lead. If you cannot close low ticket, you cannot close high ticket.
• You'll be responsible for selling our first time consultation to prospective patients. You will be the first point of contact maintaining and growing the Phoenix Chiropractic brand Who this is for:

Responsibilities

:

• High work ethic (Monday-Saturday work schedule)
• Follow our proven sales process
• Train with your coach daily
• Manage your pipeline & follow up properly
• Admin work for data collection
• Be a team player Results: $60 Product: Biweekly Reset
• 0-5 Consultations Sold: 50$ Each
• 5-10 Consultations Sold: 60$ Each
• 10-20 Consultations Sold: 70$ Each
• 20-25 Consultations Sold: 80$ Each
• 25+ Consultations Sold: 100$+ Each

Compensation

:

• $12.50 Hourly + Uncapped Commission
