Sales Manager Marriott Select Brand Hotel

About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic, resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy for our Marriott Select Brand hotel. This role is ideal for a proactive hospitality professional who excels at building relationships, driving revenue, and elevating both guest and team satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Chase Hospitality's standards and hotel revenue goals
• Cultivate strong relationships with corporate, group, and travel industry partners
• Lead proactive sales efforts, including outside sales calls, networking, and market penetration activities
• Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and profitability
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Revenue Management to optimize pricing, inventory, and forecasting
• Represent the hotel at community events, trade shows, and Marriott brand initiatives
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the team to ensure high performance and engagement
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand drivers to identify new opportunities
• Ensure all sales activities reflect Chase Hospitality's commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years of hotel sales experience; Marriott Select Brand experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and growing market share
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships
• Knowledge of Marriott systems (CI/TY, SalesForce, OneSource, MARSHA) is a plus
• Selfmotivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
