• MondayFriday schedule (approximately 6:00 AM 2:30 PM)

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
• Present commercial energy solutions and business service options
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Generate new business opportunities and close sales
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and company systems What We're Looking For
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, lead generation, cold calling, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
