Are you a people person who loves networking, building relationships, and closing deals? Pampas Brazilian Grille is looking for a motivated Sales & Events Coordinator to grow our private dining, group events, and off-site catering business. This is not a traditional administrative event coordinator positionwe're looking for someone who is driven to bring new business through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through prospecting and networking
• Respond quickly to event inquiries in TripleSeat
• Conduct venue tours and build client relationships
• Book corporate events, birthdays, weddings, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, and special occasions
• Develop off-site catering opportunities
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Coordinate events from booking through execution
• Work closely with our management and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
• Outgoing, confident, and professional
• Comfortable making cold calls and networking in the community
• Organized and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator who follows through
• Motivated by sales goals and earning commission
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business requires Experience
• Sales experience required
• Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or event sales experience preferred
• Experience with TripleSeat is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person

Compensation

Benefits

• $20.00$23.00 per hour based on experience
• Uncapped commission on booked events
• Health, Dental, and Vision insurance for full-time employees (36+ hours per week)
