What You'll Do

As an Independent Field Marketing Representative, you'll help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Meeting homeowners in local neighborhoods
• Educating homeowners on the value of a professional termite inspection
• Scheduling appointments with our licensed termite inspectors
• Building relationships within your community
• Generating as many inspection opportunities as you'd like You'll gain valuable experience in sales, communication, and the termite industry while earning uncapped commissions.

Compensation

There is no hourly wage and no cap on your earnings. You'll earn: 100% of every completed inspection fee you generate (typically $20$100 per completed inspection) PLUS 2% commission on all qualifying in-house termite work sold from your appointments (excluding subcontracted work) Realistic Earning Potential Contractors who consistently generate 46 completed inspections per day may have the potential to earn approximately: $45,000$100,000+ per year Actual earnings depend on your effort, inspection fees charged, production, inspection completion rates, and resulting sales.
