Responsibilities

:

• Customer Service Excellence : Provide exceptional service to every guest by assisting with product selection, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the current cannabis menu, including various strains, effects, and consumption methods. Educate customers on safe cannabis use and the benefits of different cannabis products.
• Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels, report any discrepancies, and assist with inventory counts and product restocking.
• Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales transactions comply with state laws and regulations concerning cannabis sales. Verify customer identification and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all displays are attractive and that the store operates efficiently.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the store team to achieve sales goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or cannabis industry training preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role; experience in a cannabis retail environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Understanding of cannabis products and industry regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
