Overview

Springer Controls, a global growing stocking distributor and light manufacturer, of industrial electrical control components based in Yulee, FL, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll build lasting customer relationships by delivering knowledgeable, responsive support on products from leading manufacturers like ABB, Dehn, and Tecno Elettrica Ravasi. We specialize in crane and hoist controls, but our product line is broad and we work in a wide variety of industries.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outbound calling, emails, and other communication channels to generate sales opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed data entry of customer information, interactions, and sales activities in our ERP system (NetSuite)
• Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and close sales effectively
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills during all interactions
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and improving client engagement
• Handle inquiries related to products or services, ensuring clear explanations of features and benefits Experience
• Prior experience in Industrial electrical controls and automation is essential.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP or familiarity with SQL databases is highly desirable
• Ecommerce experience would be highly beneficial
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
