Must be Goal Oriented, Sales Focused and Customer Service Driven. Ability to multi-task, has keen eye for merchandising standards and understands how to drive a department to higher profitability. Must be energetic and have superior customer service skills smile, engage, and share information.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to offer product suggestions to suit the customer's needs.
• Interest in the outdoors including fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or water lifestyle activities is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• Associates must be able to lift 50 pounds or more to be able to assist in moving kayaks and paddle boards.
• Training is of the utmost importance as continuous learning is part of Hagan Ace's Core Culture. High School Degree Preferred
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time
• Ability to reach, pull and bend.
• Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth. Must be able to work weekends
