What You'll Do

• Sell wheels, tires, suspension, lift kits, accessories, and maintenance services
• Build estimates and explain recommendations professionally
• Answer phones, respond to online leads, and greet walk-in customers
• Follow up on estimates and convert leads into sales
• Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs on schedule
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom What We're Looking For
• Automotive service advisor or sales experience preferred
• Tire and wheel knowledge is a major plus
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and team player
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
