Job Summary

As a Counter Sales Specialist , you will be representing a trusted HVAC and Refrigeration industry wholesaler and providing prompt, professional, and expert customer service, counter sales, and product knowledge to local and regional businesses requiring HVAC/R parts, equipment, and services.

Essential Functions

• Sales & Sales Support
• Respond to customer inquiries and orders professionally and efficiently.
• Order Entry/Processing Accurately process, service, and fulfill customer orders.
• Customer Service Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships.
• Inventory Conduct or provide back-up for inventory cycle counts.

Qualifications

• HVAC or Refrigeration knowledge and experience is desired but not required.
• Relevant professional wholesale or retail customer service/sales experience is necessary.
• Ability to listen and communicate by phone, writing, and in-person with customers in a professional and prompt manner.
• Ability to successfully prioritize and conduct the various sales, customer service, order entry, inventory,
• Basic computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, and/or inventory software is a plus . st.
• Desire to work in a positive, courteous, professional, and team-oriented environment. Educational Experience
• High school diploma or GED required, additional certification or coursework from a college or technical school is desirable.
