We have multiple opportunities for experienced on-site sales professionals! Locations include Lexington KY & Surrounding Areas.

Responsibilities

:

• Demonstrate Community Product and Make Sales Based on Buyer's Needs
• Prospect and Contact Potential Customers
• Reach Agreed Upon Sales Targets by the Deadline
• Set Follow-Up Appointments and Develop Long Term Nurtures
• Lead Generate for New Clients
• Manage On-Site Sales from Contract through Closing

Qualifications

:

• Previous New Home Sales Experience a Plus
• General Sales Experience a Plus
• Weekends Required
• Proven ability to meet sales goals & deadlines
• Willingness to learn, embrace the Dalamar Culture & Processes This is a commission only real estate career with a local builder that builds approximately 100 + homes a year. Only serious, highly driven individuals will be considered for this opportunity! Required experience:
