We succeed by taking care of our clients and putting our sales team in a position to win. We do not do cold calling; we invest heavily in enterprise- level marketing to provide you with warm, high-intent inbound leads daily. As an Inside Sales Closer, you will be the confident liaison between the client and our backend experts. If you bring the drive, we have the modern tech, tools, and established lead volume to back you up. The Role (

Responsibilities

) As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face and voice of our firm. This is a high-volume, rewarding phone sales role requiring consistent hustle and great communication.

• Close Warm Leads: Conduct deep-dive financial consultations with individuals and business owners who have reached out to us struggling with tax or personal debt.
• Consultative Selling: Connect with clients via inbound and outbound calls, analyze their financial situations, diagnose their debt or tax issues, and present our custom resolution and settlement strategies as the ultimate solution.
• Build Urgency & Value: Masterfully handle objections, articulate the value of our relief services with empathy and authority, and close high-ticket service retainers over the phone.
• Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain rigorous follow-up and update client records within our CRM system to ensure no deal slips through the cracks.
• Collaborate with Experts: Work hand-in-hand with our backend tax attorneys, enrolled agents, and senior debt negotiators to ensure a seamless hand-off once a deal is closed.

Requirements

• Sales Drive: Minimum 1 year of phone sales or retail sales experience with a highly motivated, positive mindset and a desire to hit targets and make money.
• No Industry Experience Required: We provide a comprehensive training program on tax and debt settlement lingo. You just need a relentless work ethic, a coachable attitude, and a voice that commands authority over the phone.
• Great Communication & Phone Stamina: Strong verbal skills, active listening, and the ability to maintain a high volume of calls throughout the day while building rapport quickly.
• The Mindset: Resilience and a positive attitude; you view "No" as just a stepping stone to a "Yes."
