Essential Duties

:

• Servicing the company's clients through expert Knowledge of HVAC systems. Take pride in every service that you do. Show the client through the quality of your work that your company offers superior service.
• Wear floor savers while in the client's home. Use drop cloths to protect the client's floors while performing an installation to keep a neat work area.
• Re-check each aspect of an installation before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.
• Always explain the system to the client when finished with an installation and make sure that they are 100% satisfied with the work.
• Trucks must be neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times. The truck is one of the best billboards that the company has.
• Fully inspect every call to make sure the service will be done properly.
• Will be required to run service calls.
• Will be required to sell equipment, parts and IAQ to customers.
• Needs to be trained in the sales aspect of this position. Must have a valid HVAC technician license to be considered

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in HVAC industry
• Proficiency in following up on estamites
• Familiarity with Service Titan preferred but not required
• Technical sales background preferred
• Upselling skills and territory management experience -Affordable health benefits! -Will receive a company cell phone, iPad, and truck to complete work orders.-
• Must be able to pass background screening and drug screening Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
