We are looking for high-energy Intake Specialists - Sales Representatives who are ready to work with high-quality leads and deliver life-changing results. The Role This is not about pushing deals. It's about building trust, setting clear expectations, and helping clients take the right step forward with confidence. If you are a self-starter with law firm intake or debt related experience, and a strong independent work ethic, we want to talk to you. Our compensation structure is designed to reward production growth and client quality with no cap on your earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to prospective clients who requested information no cold calling.
• Answer inbound calls, web inquiries, and scheduled consults with potential clients to understand their financial situation.
• Listen first. Ask thoughtful questions and understand each client's unique situation.
• Educate clients about GLG's legal services for unsecured debts and set clear, honest expectations.
• Ensure every client receives the transparency and proper expectations they deserve to ensure long-term retention.
• Document details accurately in our systems so attorneys have what they need to help.
• Support seamless handoffs to our attorneys so clients feel confident and cared for.
• Work independently to manage your pipeline of potential clients and hit conversion benchmarks. What Success Looks Like
• Clients you speak with remain engaged long term because they trust you and the process matches expectations you set.
• Attorneys thank you for delivering accurate, complete, and well-educated clients.

What You Bring

• 13+ years of intake, customer service, or call center experience (legal or debt-related industry preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM or intake systems; detail-oriented with accurate data entry.
• Excellent empathetic listening and professional communication skills.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to client education and integrity.

: Base earnings of $37,150.00 annually, with on-target annual earnings around $75,000+ (uncapped potential).
