Overview

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our growing U.S. sales team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical aptitude with proven sales ability to drive business growth. You will work closely with customers to identify needs, recommend solutions from our product portfolio, and manage opportunities from prospecting through closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Identify customer requirements and match them to Shuttle product solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and needs analysis.
• Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and follow-ups.
• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, HQ in Taiwan) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on Shuttle's products, market trends, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in computer hardware, IT solutions, or related technical field.
• Strong technical knowledge of PCs, hardware components, or IT systems (training provided).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred (but not required). What We Offer
